Drug & Alcohol Rehab in New Jersey

Most people do not need convincing that something is wrong. They need a program that understands why it started.

About us

Compassionate Addiction Treatment for Lasting Recovery in New Jersey

Our Berlin rehab in NJ provides outpatient addiction treatment for adults throughout South Jersey and across the state. Liberty Wellness’s addiction treatment programs include PHP, IOP, outpatient treatment, dual diagnosis care, medication-assisted treatment, and aftercare services. Most people do not start using substances out of nowhere. Anxiety, trauma, depression, and chronic stress usually shape how it started, and treating one without the others rarely holds. Every program at Liberty Wellness starts with understanding what is underneath, not just managing what is on the surface. We work with adults across South Jersey searching for drug rehab in NJ, including Berlin, Cherry Hill, Voorhees, and nearby communities.

Why Choose Liberty Wellness for Addiction Treatment in NJ

We treat addiction and mental health together, since one rarely improves without the other. Our clinicians start every plan by looking at what is driving the substance use, whether that is anxiety, trauma, depression, or years of unmanaged stress. From there, we bring in family support, medical oversight, and the right level of care for where someone actually is, not a fixed track everyone follows. Our Berlin rehab in NJ takes that same approach: addiction treatment in NJ built on understanding first, treatment planning second.

What We Offer

Our Treatment Programs

Liberty Wellness takes a collaborative approach with treatment planning to make each treatment plan individualized to best suit the needs of the individual.

Intensive Outpatient Program

IOP provides several hours of therapy each week without requiring someone to live at the facility. It works well for people who need consistent support while keeping up with work, school, or family responsibilities.

Outpatient Rehab Center

Outpatient treatment allows someone to live at home while attending regular therapy sessions. It is often the next step after PHP or IOP, or a starting point for people who do not need a higher level of care.

Individual Counseling

One-on-one counseling addresses both the addiction and what is underneath it, including anxiety, trauma, or depression. Sessions are built around each person's history, not a standard script.

Family Therapy

Addiction affects the whole family, not just the person using substances. Family therapy helps rebuild trust and gives everyone tools to support recovery without falling back into old patterns.

Co-Occurring Disorder Treatment

Many people in treatment for substance use are also managing a mental health condition, such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD. We treat both at the same time, since treating one without the other rarely works.

Medical Addiction Treatment

Our medical team monitors medication and physical health throughout treatment. Regular monitoring matters most during withdrawal or when medication-assisted treatment is part of the plan.

Long Term Rehab

Long-term rehab gives people more time to build stability before stepping down to a lower level of care. Longer treatment is linked to lower relapse rates, especially for people with a history of previous attempts.

Partial Hospitalization Program

PHP is the most intensive outpatient level of care, with several hours of programming most days of the week. It suits people stepping down from inpatient care or those who need more support than IOP provides.

Compassionate Addiction Treatment

Every plan here starts with understanding what is driving the addiction, not a one-size-fits-all program. Treatment adjusts as someone progresses, based on what is actually working for them.
