As the Executive Director of Operations at Liberty Wellness, Tracy Burris exemplifies the perfect balance of strength, compassion, and purpose-driven leadership. A proud Franklinville, New Jersey native now residing in Williamstown, NJ, Tracy has been an integral part of Liberty Wellness since its inception in 2019, helping to shape its foundation, guide its growth, and cultivate the culture of integrity, warmth, and teamwork that defines the organization today.

A woman in long-term recovery, Tracy draws deep inspiration from her own healing journey and her family’s restoration, living proof that recovery not only changes lives, but mends relationships and reignites hope. Her lived experience fuels her passion for creating an environment grounded in compassion, honesty, loyalty, and unity. She is devoted to ensuring that Liberty Wellness operates as more than a treatment facility, it functions as a family where both clients and staff feel valued, supported, and seen.

Tracy’s leadership extends far beyond the operational scope of her role. In addition to overseeing the daily functioning and strategic growth of Liberty Wellness, she also dedicates her time to supporting the families of those in treatment. Each week, she leads Liberty’s Family Support Group, Liberty L.I.G.H.T. (Loved-ones Inspiring Growth, Healing, and Transformation), a program she is deeply passionate about. Through this group, Tracy provides guidance, education, and emotional support to loved ones navigating the complexities of addiction and recovery. Her unwavering belief that healing is a shared journey shines through in every session, helping families rediscover connection, understanding, and hope.

Tracy’s colleagues describe her as the heart of Liberty Wellness, a leader who not only ensures operational excellence, but nurtures the people who make it all possible. She’s passionate about building teams that communicate openly, care deeply, and show up each day with purpose and integrity.

Outside of work, Tracy stays grounded by spending time with her family and loved ones, riding horses, shooting pool, and recharging in nature. Her authenticity, strength, and empathy make her an irreplaceable force, both within Liberty Wellness and throughout the broader recovery community.
