Amanda Acchione is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and Primary Therapist at Liberty Wellness, where she blends clinical expertise with genuine empathy to help individuals rediscover their strength and purpose in recovery. Originally from Glendora, New Jersey, and now residing in Lindenwold, NJ, Amanda brings a grounded yet inspiring presence to both her clients and colleagues, the kind of presence that instantly puts others at ease and reminds them that healing is possible.

Amanda earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and childhood studies and her master’s in social work from Rutgers University, where she cultivated a passion for understanding the human experience in all its complexity. She is currently pursuing her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential, further deepening her clinical skill set and commitment to providing exceptional, evidence-based care.

Her journey with Liberty Wellness began as a graduate intern, where she quickly distinguished herself through her professionalism, empathy, and natural ability to connect with clients. In April 2024, she officially joined the team as a Primary Therapist, where she continues to make a profound impact through her thoughtful approach and advocacy for mental health awareness.

Amanda is known for her unwavering compassion, attentive listening, and ability to meet clients exactly where they are, without judgment, but with hope. She creates a therapeutic environment where individuals feel safe to explore their emotions, challenge old narratives, and build the tools necessary for lasting change.
