Before stepping into her current position, Aliya served as both an Alumni Coordinator and Behavioral Health Technician, gaining invaluable experience in supporting clients through every stage of the treatment process. A woman in recovery herself, she draws from her own journey through addiction and mental health challenges to meet others where they are, with understanding, patience, and a genuine belief that healing is possible.

Aliya’s lived experience fuels her passion for helping others rediscover their strength and purpose. She understands the vulnerability that comes with asking for help and takes great pride in being a steady, compassionate presence for those navigating some of the hardest moments in their lives.
