Abigail Laverde is a compassionate and driven Case Manager at Liberty Wellness, where she plays a vital role in helping clients navigate their recovery journey with structure, empathy, and hope. Originally from Freehold, New Jersey, and now residing in Berlin, NJ, Abigail brings a blend of warmth, professionalism, and creativity to everything she does.

Abigail earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in Art from Rowan University and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at Rutgers University. Her long-term goal is to obtain both her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) credentials, a testament to her deep commitment to personal and professional growth in the field of behavioral health.

Since joining Liberty Wellness in May 2024, Abigail has quickly distinguished herself as an integral member of the team. She began her journey with the organization as an intern, then advanced to Behavioral Health Technician, and now thrives as a Case Manager, a role she earned through her strong work ethic, innate compassion, and unwavering dedication to client care. Her colleagues describe her as meticulous, dependable, and wholeheartedly invested in the success of those she serves.

Abigail approaches her work with authenticity and heart, believing that recovery begins with feeling seen, supported, and safe. She has a natural ability to connect with clients from all walks of life, offering guidance that is both empathetic and empowering.
